Because of the COVID-19 outbreak, Final Floors would like to share with you the precautions our company has implemented to help keep you and our employees safe and well. Now, more than ever, keeping your home cleaned and sanitized is essential. Below are precautions we are taking and recommend with every interaction we always practice, Safety First Flooring!

We recommend mailing you samples instead of in-person visits

If the home is vacant, we prefer to have a lock box as we sanitize and spray along with the door knob upon entry. This will avoid human contact.

We will sanitize our hands and wear gloves prior to entry.

We will, under no circumstances, allow an employee with ill-like symptoms to enter your home or office.

Our crew will disinfect all items touched before bringing anything into your home or office such as flooring material, tools, etc.

If we touch anything within the home, we will sanitize with disinfectant spray.

Here is what we need from you:

Let us know what you need. We expect our crew to wear gloves and a mask; if this is a requirement for you, please let us know.

If the home is not vacant, and someone is sick, please let us know. We will cancel all appointments with no cancellation fees.

We will also freeze and reserve all delayed appointments due to COVID-19.

Keep your distance. To protect you and our crew members, please keep 6 feet away at all times.
